What differentiates our approach to some is the combination of operations, advanced data analytics, and human resources experience with organizational development know-how.

Our experience in managing operations and leading teams allows us a much deeper understanding of where team members are coming from as well as a good idea of how things we implement will be received. We’ve also been in your position before and can absolutely relate to the challenges you face.

We incorporate advanced data analytics to uncover correlations in your company’s existing data, transforming it into valuable insights related to employee matters while maintaining confidentiality. We provide regular reports and dashboards that illustrate the connections between actions and outcomes, simplifying complex information for easy understanding.

We also come prepared with in-depth knowledge of human resources practices and everything pertaining to legislative requirements. Our entire framework is applied in a way to build trusting relationships with your team and mitigate liability.

We know full well that no two companies or cultures are the same — this is true regardless of industry or size. This is why any prospective engagement with us begins with our strategic assessment to determine who your organization is. What is important, who are the stakeholders, what are the challenges and opportunities. We apply all this to our framework which at every step takes inputs from previous stages and applies it to the next in a systemic way.

We come prepared with operations experience in both the services and manufacturing sectors — so we’ve seen these principles applied in a variety of settings — enough to know that most of what we deal with is human nature, trust, and integrity.

What we are doing is aligning your vision with the rest of your organization, it’s a huge undertaking. So at the very least — every time you ever feel that your team doesn’t see what you see or feel what you feel — you will understand why and be taking the most meaningful action possible to remedy it in.

To give you some perspective though:

  • Your team will fully understand the direction you are trying to take them.
  • Areas of your business that may have seemed unrelated will be understood to be inseparable from overall results in measurable ways.
  • Job descriptions, standard operation procedures, training procedures and workflows will all tie back to positive behaviours that drive the overall health and success of the team and business.
  • Reporting structure will be clarified so people who need information will have information — reliably.
  • Conflict will be recognized, given the respect it deserves and be remediated.
  • Feedback will go from being awkwardly avoided to eagerly anticipated opportunities for mutual growth.
  • Continuous learning will become a fundamental hallmark of your business and people will be working toward filling any current or upcoming skills gaps identified.
  • You will know what the sentiment and engagement level of your team is both in sentimental and measurable ways — quickly enough to take meaningful action.
  • The organization will know where to look for future candidates and how to evaluate them.

While these may seem like big promises; they are a natural output of engaging in practices that define high-performance organizations. We know you can do it because of the millions of businesses having alignment problems today — you are one of the few willing to take the first steps by reading this.

Currently we offer in person organizational development services in the Southwestern Ontario region. Beginning in spring 2024 we will be launching our online learning platform and coaching services to reach a global service area.

During our set up phase we define what success is in your organization and see what quantifiable and emotional ways it can be measured. We have the ability to tie any numeric information in your company together in easy to comprehend ways. For anything non-numeric, we create behaviour rating scales that are easy to understand and administer.

We work with you to set realistic expectations depending on your current situation, set goals and give you the tools to monitor progress. We’re most satisfied when you are able to stand back and see results so we go to great lengths to ensure you will.

We consult for a minimum of one year due to the vast nature of the undertaking. Any less would be disingenuous to the importance of the undertaking. Our framework is one that aligns everything in your company — so we decided early on to not do piece meal jobs. We want to work with companies that want to stop hitting their head against the wall and take action for comprehensive results. While we engage for a minimum of one year, we will stay as long as it takes.

Once your organizational transformation is complete we suggest remaining on in a monitoring and advising relationship. The engagement surveys we administer work best when your know the raw answers are handled by a trusted third party.

We require that you be engaged in the process or assign someone you trust fully. This is not to say you will need to be hands on with everything — but this is ultimately about aligning your team with your vision. It requires finding information that you often don’t have; we work with whoever is most appropriate to answer our questions.

We handle the bulk of administrative tasks like interviewing, analysis, and writing/creation of new materials — allowing your input and feedback along the way.

This will not occupy more of your time than it is worth, and we promise you will not regret whatever effort you put in. The work you put into an engagement of this nature will free up exponentially more time and resources in the future.

Absolutely. We are here both as consultants and as your coach. Our ultimate goal is your success — whatever tools you don’t have to succeed we will help you master. Your organization is a living breathing entity that will respond to the changes we are implementing, we are entirely committed to your success and implementing the changes necessary. We also aim to leave you with the proficiency to be self-sufficient post engagement.

When you engage in work that matters, especially of this nature, there will be pushback and challenges. This is why change management is built into our entire process. There is an entire area of study and practice dedicated to helping organizations adapt to change, and we are prepared for what will expectedly come up.

Companies are always full of dedicated individuals who have worked hard to figure out what they think is the most effective way of doing things. This is why broad stakeholder engagement is foundational to what we do. It’s critical that we understand these perspectives as they often lead to ultimate solutions and missing pieces of the puzzle.

Whatever comes up, we are dedicated to resolving it and have the know how to do so.

We have some collateral experience in some industries like retail, hospitality and manufacturing that may lead to some insights that go beyond the scope of what we consult on. However we like to think that what we consult on are dynamics that are universal to environments where humans work together to achieve great things.

We stand firmly behind our methods and expertise. We are so confident in our process that we offer a unique commitment: If you fully engage with our services, utilize the available support, and don’t observe a marked improvement in your organizational dynamics, we pledge to make it right. Your satisfaction is paramount, and we believe in our ability to deliver transformative results. If we don’t meet your expectations, you won’t pay until we do. It’s that simple — because your success is our success.
